1. Return Window

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery shown by the carrier tracking record.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at support@ridegodoit.com. If the order has not yet entered shipping preparation, we will do our best to cancel it.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order may need to be treated as a return subject to this policy.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be returned within the applicable return period;
  • be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition;

8. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent back without prior authorization may be refused or may experience delays in processing.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow approximately 3–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

10. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. In some cases, we may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
