1. Limited Warranty Coverage

We warrant that eligible products sold through our website are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance during the applicable warranty period.

2. Warranty Period

Unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page, order confirmation, or product manual, our standard limited warranty period is 1 years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Any repair, replacement, goodwill service, or replacement part provided under warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by law.

3. Who Is Covered

5. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • cosmetic damage such as scratches, paint fading, dents, or surface corrosion;
  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, impact, neglect, or improper storage;
  • improper assembly, unauthorized repair, or unauthorized modifications;
  • damage caused by use inconsistent with manuals, warnings, or intended product purpose;
  • consumable parts subject to normal wear, such as tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, chains, and similar items;
  • free gifts, promotional accessories, or non-original parts;
  • water damage, fire damage, commercial misuse, or damage caused by external events beyond our control.

6. Battery and Electrical Components

Batteries and electrical components must be used, charged, stored, and maintained according to the applicable manual. Capacity reduction over time caused by ordinary use, charging cycles, aging, or environmental conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect unless otherwise required by law.

7. Warranty Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • send replacement parts;
  • repair the product or authorize repair;

9. Shipping Damage
