Shipping Policy


1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the Continental United States only (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our U.S. local warehouses (GA, CA, NJ, FL).

We provide reliable shipping services via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Please note that we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process. Processing times may be extended during peak sales periods. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Please note that all delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

3. Shipping Changes

No charge applies for address changes before a tracking number is issued.

A fee of $180 will be charged if the customer refuses delivery or if the package is undeliverable.

If the delivery address is changed after successful delivery, an additional fee of $50 per item will apply.

Any changes made after shipment (including address updates, delivery holds, or preference changes) may result in delays and may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

Changes to product specifications (such as color or size) must be made before the order is shipped.

Important Notes

  1. Separate Shipping for E-Bikes:
    E-bikes are high-value items and will be shipped separately to ensure safe transportation. Shipping costs are charged accordingly:

    • Single unit: $180
    • Double unit: $240

     

  2. Individual Package Shipping:
    All items are shipped separately to comply with carrier size and weight restrictions, reduce damage risk, and improve tracking efficiency.

  3. Carrier Responsibility:
    GODOIT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by the carrier.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the issue is caused by our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  5. Delivery Delays:
    Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or other external factors.

  6. Estimated Delivery Time Disclaimer:
    All delivery timelines are based on historical data and are for reference only.

  7. Accessory Shipping Policy:
    Free shipping is offered on accessory orders over $99.
    Orders below $99 will incur shipping fees calculated at checkout.

  8. Return Shipping Fees:

    • E-bikes: $180 per unit
    • Accessories: $30 per unit
    • Batteries: $100 per unit

    For IN10 Pro models:
    As the bike and battery are shipped separately, returns must also be handled separately due to carrier safety regulations.

    • Bike return: $180
    • Battery return: $100

Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ridegodoit.com with photos or videos. We will provide replacement parts or compensation where applicable.

Shipping damage is not covered under the Limited Warranty but may be addressed if the following conditions are met:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide dated photographic evidence
  • Retain all original packaging and documentation
  • Note damage on the delivery receipt before signing

Customers must inspect their shipment upon arrival. Damage claims are time-sensitive.

If replacement parts are shipped under warranty, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

The Limited Warranty does not cover damages if the customer arranges their own shipping or uses a freight forwarder.
